Your satisfaction is our first concern. You may return an item within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund, merchandise credit or exchange-whichever you choose. All items are covered by our exclusive one-year warranty.

Instructions for returns are in every package. Please return the item to us in good condition, fully insured, by registered mail from the U.S. Postal Service, or via UPS.

Rings that have been sized to your specifications, jewelry that has been altered, special ordered or engraved items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Holiday returns:

Purchases made in November and December may be returned until January 15th of the following year, or 30 days after the day of purchase, whichever is later.

Please note: If you wish to return any unaltered jewelry item, the jewelry must be received by Badler’s Last Call Ltd. within thirty days of the date on your invoice. We will not issue credit card refunds for items that have been received past that date. The only exception we can allow are those sent back to us within the Holiday return period, as described above.

Returns from gift recipients will be accepted as long as they are within the 30 day period. Merchandise credits will be issued. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.
